End-to-End Experience Design for Public Financial Resolution
Designed both internal and public-facing portals for a UK government-backed financial authority, streamlining case management and improving dispute resolution. The internal service design platform optimized workflows for operational teams, while the B2C portal enabled real-time case tracking and simplified complaint filing for users. Work included user research, interaction flows, responsive mockups, and a scalable design system with 50+ components.
