At PwC India, I led UX and product design for scalable platforms across CRM systems, enterprise dashboards, and D2C e-commerce experiences—serving Fortune 500s, national enterprises, and high-growth consumer brands. My work focused on crafting intuitive, accessible interfaces and embedding intelligence directly into products to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and drive measurable impact.
Highlights include designing a responsive e-commerce platform used by 15M+ users, architecting executive dashboards visualizing 3,000+ KPIs, and creating a smart alert system to optimize operational communication. I also conceptualized and built AI-powered tools to enhance user journeys, led POCs across B2B/B2C flows, secured high-value RFPs, and mentored design teams—delivering systems that were not just usable, but adaptive, inclusive, and future-ready.

At TCS, I contributed to UX for internal service design platforms supporting a UK-based financial regulator—shaping digital tools that streamlined case management and complaint resolution. I translated business needs into intuitive flows, wireframes, and responsive prototypes that improved clarity and usability across complex workflows.
I collaborated in brainstorming sessions, enhanced FSDs for alignment, created 80+ reusable components, and applied WCAG principles to improve accessibility. Working closely with developers, I helped resolve 40+ usability challenges. I also supported limited B2C portal design, focusing on real-time case tracking and user satisfaction.

Contributed to the digital experience for Hues of the Minds, a nonprofit mental health awareness initiative. Designed the entire platform from scratch, shaping the information architecture, branding, UI kit, style guide, and responsive mockups to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility. Explored multiple design directions and participated in brainstorming sessions to refine interactions through collaborative, feedback-driven iteration that elevated usability and user trust.
